Network Management Policy

Version nm-2026-09 · Effective September 5, 2026 · Xeebi Mobile Inc. · This policy describes how we manage the wireless network that carries your service, as required by the FCC's open-internet transparency rule (47 CFR § 8.1).

This is the plain-English version of how our network is run: how fast it is, when your traffic might slow down, and what is and is not allowed. We do not block lawful sites or apps, and we do not sell faster delivery to anyone. Nothing here changes the price you were quoted.

1Who runs the network

Xeebi Mobile is a mobile virtual network operator. We do not own cell towers. We buy wholesale access to a nationwide wireless network from our network partner and sell service to you under the Xeebi Mobile brand and through our authorized resellers. Some network decisions described below are made by our network partner and apply to their whole network; where that is the case we say so.

2Typical speeds and latency

The speed you actually get depends on where you are, how busy the nearest cell site is, your device, and the site you are connecting to. "Typical" figures are what most customers see during the busy part of the day, not a maximum and not a guarantee. Current typical ranges on our network:

ConnectionTypical downloadTypical uploadTypical latency
5G Ultra Wideband195–634 Mbps10–53 Mbps37–57 ms
5G35–143 Mbps5–31 Mbps42–64 ms
4G LTE11–75 Mbps1–13 Mbps49–75 ms

These ranges are the ones our network partner publishes for the network we use; we update this table when they update theirs. The Broadband Facts label for your own plan shows the figures that apply to it.

3Blocking

We do not block, and we do not slow down, any lawful website, application, service or device based on its content, source or destination. We may block traffic that is unlawful, that threatens the security or integrity of the network, or that you ask us to block (for example a spam-filtering feature you turn on).

4Throttling and data allowances

We do not throttle lawful traffic based on what it is. Your plan comes with an amount of high-speed data. After you use that amount in a billing cycle, your data speed is reduced for the rest of the cycle unless you buy more high-speed data. This is a plan-level allowance, not content-based throttling, and it is stated in your plan's Broadband Facts label and in your account. You can see your usage and buy more data at any time from your account.

5Paid prioritization

We do not offer paid prioritization. No one can pay us to have their traffic delivered to you faster or ahead of anyone else's, and we do not give faster delivery to any of our own services or an affiliate's.

6Congestion management and prioritization

When a cell site is busy, everyone connected to it shares the available capacity. On some plans, data may be prioritized behind other traffic on the same site during those busy periods, which can make it slower until the congestion clears. This is automatic, temporary, and applies to a session only while the site is congested; it is not based on the content of your traffic or on payment. Whether your plan is subject to this is stated in your plan details.

7Device and SIM requirements

Your device must be compatible with our network partner's bands and technology, must be unlocked, and must support eSIM. We may decline to activate a device that is not compatible, is reported lost or stolen, or does not meet regulatory requirements. Compatibility does not restrict what lawful applications you can run on a device that works on our network.

8Security

We and our network partner use standard measures to protect the network and our customers — for example filtering traffic known to be malicious, defending against denial-of-service attacks, and acting on lawful requests. These measures target threats to the network's security and integrity, not lawful content, and are used no more broadly than needed.

9Application-specific behavior

We do not favor or disadvantage particular applications, and we do not inspect the content of your communications to decide how to carry them. Optional features you turn on — such as spam filtering or a data-usage alert — act only as you have set them.

10Prices, fees and complaints

The monthly price of your plan, any one-time fees, how much high-speed data it includes and what extra high-speed data costs are all stated on your plan's Broadband Facts label, which you see before you buy and can open from your account at any time. Prices are set per plan — and, if a reseller sold you the service, by that reseller — so we do not repeat them here; the label is the figure that applies to you. Taxes and government fees are added where the law requires.

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

If you have a complaint about your service or about how your traffic is being handled, contact us first (section 11) — most problems are fixed within a few days. You may also complain to the FCC at any time at consumercomplaints.fcc.gov or 1-888-225-5322, or to your state's consumer-protection agency.

11Changes and how to reach us

If we materially change how the network is managed, we will update this page and note the new version and date. Questions about this policy, or a concern about how your traffic is being handled, can go to us directly.
