Service Terms

Version tos-2026-09 · Effective September 4, 2026 · Xeebi Mobile Inc. · These terms apply to wireless service sold under the Xeebi Mobile brand and by our authorized resellers.

This is the agreement between you and Xeebi Mobile for your phone service. We wrote it in plain English on purpose. If a reseller or agent signed you up, they act for us under this same agreement, and this document is the one your consent is recorded against.

1Who we are

Xeebi Mobile Inc. ("Xeebi Mobile", "we", "us") is a mobile virtual network operator. We provide voice, text and data service over a nationwide wireless network operated by a network partner. We do not own the towers; we buy access to them and sell service to you. Our resellers and agents may sell Xeebi Mobile service under their own brand; when they do, the service itself is still provided by us under these terms.

2Your plan and what it includes

Your plan is named at sign-up and on your account. It sets what you get each service cycle: talk, text and an amount of high-speed data. The plan name, its price and its data amount are shown to you before you agree, and they appear on your account afterwards.

3Paying for service

Xeebi Mobile service is prepaid. You pay for each service cycle before it starts. Prices are shown before you buy and include the plan price; taxes, regulatory fees and surcharges may be added where the law requires. Charges are not refundable once a cycle has started, except where the law requires otherwise or we say so in writing.

If you buy through a reseller, the reseller sets the retail price you pay and collects payment from you. Any pricing dispute with a reseller is between you and that reseller; the service terms in this document still apply.

4Renewals, changes and cancelling

5Your phone number

You may bring a number from another carrier (a "port-in") or receive a new number from us. To port in, you must give us accurate details from your current carrier: the account number, the transfer PIN or password, and the name and address on that account. A wrong detail is the most common reason a transfer is refused; we will tell you what the other carrier said and what to correct.

Keep your old service active until the transfer completes. You may take your number to another carrier at any time ("port-out"); we will not hold it hostage. For your protection, a transfer PIN is required to move a number away from us. Numbers are assigned to you for use; they remain the property of the numbering authority, and a number that has been inactive past the reactivation period may be reassigned.

6Your device and SIM

You need a compatible, unlocked device. We check the device identifier (IMEI) before activation; a device that is blocked, reported stolen or not compatible with the network cannot be activated. On a dual-SIM phone an eSIM activates against the second identifier (IMEI2) — dial *#06# on the handset to find it.

An eSIM is delivered as a one-time install code. Keep it private; treat it like a key. A physical SIM must be kept in your possession. Tell us immediately if a SIM or device is lost or stolen so the line can be protected.

7911 and emergency calling

Important limitations. Calls to 911 use the network's location capabilities, which may not always give emergency responders your exact location. Wi-Fi Calling routes 911 using the emergency address you registered with us; keep that address current whenever you move, or responders may be sent to the wrong place. Emergency calling may not work when the network is congested, when you have no coverage, when your device has no battery, or during outages. Text-to-911 depends on local support.

8Using the service fairly

The service is for personal or ordinary business use by people. You agree not to use it for spam, robocalling, auto-dialing, unlawful or harassing communications, resale of service without our agreement, or anything that harms the network or other users. Unusually heavy or automated use that is inconsistent with normal use may be slowed, limited or ended.

9Your information and privacy

We collect the information needed to provide service: your name, contact details, the emergency address you give us, your device and SIM identifiers, your number, and records of how the service is used (such as call, text and data usage records). We use it to provide, bill, support and protect the service, and as the law requires.

Some of this is Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) protected under 47 CFR 64.2001 and following. We do not share your CPNI for marketing without your permission, and our staff and resellers must verify that they are speaking with you before discussing your usage or account details. Every such access is recorded.

By giving us your phone number or email you agree that we and, where applicable, your reseller may contact you about your service — activation, renewals, outages, security and billing. Marketing messages are sent only with your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us.

10Contact and account security

Keep your contact details current. To protect your account we may ask you to verify your identity before making changes, and we will never ask for your full transfer PIN by text or email. You are responsible for activity on your account until you tell us it has been compromised.

11Things we cannot promise

Wireless service is not perfect. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, a particular speed, or coverage in a particular place. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses — for example a missed call, a lost business opportunity or data charges from another provider — and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the cycle when the problem happened. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.

12Resolving disagreements

If something goes wrong, contact us first (section 14). Most problems are fixed within a few days. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 60 days of you telling us, either of us may bring it in small-claims court where you live, or to binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Claims are brought individually, not as part of a class. You may opt out of arbitration by writing to us within 30 days of first agreeing to these terms. This section does not limit your right to complain to the FCC, your state public utility commission or a consumer-protection agency.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, the version number and effective date at the top change, and we will tell you in advance of any change that materially affects your service or price. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the new terms; if you do not, you may cancel before then without penalty.
